Journeyman Electrician Available in Arnegard, ND - Rotational Shift Work with Multiple Crews: 8 days on, 6 days off

Seeking a full-time Journeyman Electrician for our Arnegard, ND office. Candidates need to enjoy teamwork and be reliable, hard-working, and be adaptable to different working environments, including extreme weather environments. Main responsibilities include the safe and careful installation of company products at client sites. Other duties may include equipment calibrations, troubleshooting, repairs, tank measurements, H2O measurements, radio installations, antenna adjustments, and other communication duties. Previous experience in the oil and gas industry a plus, as well as, general mechanical aptitude and a familiarity with working with tools.
Job Qualifications:



+ Understands the basics of AC/DC electrical fundamentals.


+ Experience with PLC/RTU Instrumentation and Controls and program ladder logic preferred.


+ Previous experience in the oil and gas industry a plus.


+ General mechanical aptitude and familiarity with working with hand tools.


+ Technical college degree or technical experience preferred.


+ Minimum High School graduate or GED equivalent from an accredited institution.


+ Able to work independently in remote areas and to lift, push, or pull up to 60 pounds.


+ Demonstrated computer skills, especially with Microsoft Office.


+ Able to speak, write, and read the English language.


+ Valid driver's license with a good MVR.


+ Active journeyman's certification required.



Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities:



+ Comply with all safety work procedures in a fast-paced, changing environment.


+ Prepare, install, and service all company products at client sites, which may include equipment calibrations, troubleshooting, radio installations, instrument and controls programming, performing low-voltage electrical wiring, and performing tank and H2O measurement.


+ Keep accurate records of hours logged, inventory parts used, and services performed.


+ Maintain strong customer service and relations.


+ Perform PLC/RTU troubleshooting.
